RMKS/1. In January 2020, the Navy Reserve will release a Navy Reserve
Health of Force (HoF) Survey accessible on Max.gov.  Reserve Sailors
will receive an email inviting them to participate in this voluntary,
anonymous survey.  The survey is designed to take no more than 15-20
minutes to complete and will be open from 10 January to 30 March2020.
2. The Navy Reserve HoF Survey addresses a range of issues, many
unique to Navy Reserve Sailors. Feedback gathered from the survey
will be used to inform, shape, and impact new and existing processes,
policies, and programs.  While participation is voluntary, it is
essential to capture your feedback so we can better support our
Reserve Sailors and families.
3. Command triads will communicate to their Sailors about the value
of the survey and emphasize the importance of participating.
4. This message will remain in effect until 30 September 2020.
